Return Policy

1. Returns

• Bhagvathy International cannot accept returns after the order is accepted successfully by us and payment is made by the buyer.

2. Exchange

• Bhagvathy International will accept exchanges for products purchased through our website, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Exchange requests will be entertained only if the product(s) received by the buyer are in a damaged or expired condition.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refunds will be in the form of store credit:

  • If the buyer does not receive the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days of order confirmation.
  • If Bhagvathy International fails to ship the ordered products.
  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

• No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases

• No returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for reasons such as not liking the product after delivery or feeling that the product does not match their expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer.
  • Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.
  • Refusal to accept the products.
  • Delivery to the place/person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer themselves.
  • Force majeure events.
  • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
  • Refund or replacement request is to be made within 3 days of getting the shipped products.
